STAGE 5

During this stage we will act as a design guardian, reviewing the drawings from the contractor relating to the interior fit out, review samples, visit site on agreed intervals and liaise with the procurement agent, lighting consultant and artwork consultant (if these consultants are used during the project). 

There may be some months where we will need to have designers working full time, for example during drawing reviews, some half time, for example with site visits and materials checks, and some where only a day a week is required.

 

We would be very happy to find the best solution for the project with you and apprortion the required time. It could also be on a time spent basis if exact cost certainty at the start is not of importance.
