STAGE 4

Based on the agreed Concept Design and visuals, we will collate a DD Drawing package (Detailed Design Drawings) and schedules for all areas including plans, RCP, elevations, sections where required, typical details and joinery.

 

We will not show wall, floor and ceiling build ups as these are remit of the architect/contractor, but base our drawings on the advised structural thicknesses and apply our finishes to these. ​

As discussed, we will treat this as a Design + Build type package to hand over to the contractor for their construction drawings, which we would check in the next stage.
